How much will it cost to ship my package?
Just use our convenient Rate Request Form or call Customer Service at 973-928-8998 and we will give you a rate. If you’re already a customer you can get a rate by using the quote option in our Web Order Entry System.

Do I need an account to ship?
No, if you don’t have an account you can pay your shipping charges with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You can use our Enter Your First Order form. We will contact you right away to confirm your order and take your payment information. It’s super easy!

How can I set up an account with Eveready Express?
Easily! Contact us using our convenient FREE Estimate Form or call Customer Service at 973-928-8998.

Depending on your shipping requirements, we will either set you up over the phone or arrange for one of our Representatives to meet with you. You may also request an account by completing our Credit Application and returning it to us via fax – (973) 470-0022.

How can I place my orders and trace my shipment over the Web?
There is no shipping software to install on your computer, and you will save $3.00 on every pickup you schedule online. Our web shipping system runs from the Eveready Express web site using a web browser.

To obtain a login and password, complete the web registration form or contact Customer Service at 973-928-8998.

What are your hours of operation?
Our normal business hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. We do however offer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

If you require service outside of our normal hours of operation, you can reach us by phone at 973-928-8998. Web orders are only handled during our normal hours of operation, do not enter orders over the web which require after-hours service.

Are your drivers uniformed?
Yes. Our employee and contracted drivers are uniformed and display photo ID badges at all times.

Is there anything you will not deliver?
Cash, jewelry, guns, any illegal substances and certain HAZMAT items. Please call us if uncertain.

What’s a POD?
A POD is a “proof of delivery.” This is the information obtained at the time of delivery or pickup of a package. It will generally be the signature of the person receiving the package, the date, and time the package was delivered.
