Our office is staffed 7am-6pm Monday thru Friday Eastern Time (holidays excluded).   Dispatchers are on call 24 hours 7 days a week.

Having the job performed correctly from start to finish can save you a lot of time and anxiety, not to mention your position with your client.

If you input a certain pick-up time or request a POD or Rush delivery, we can't say that we were never told. What's on the screen is what we see and receive. Courier Complete provides software systems to the courier industry that greatly enhance our capabilities in order entry, tracking and billing.

All orders are entered into the system using Courier Complete where they are assigned an order number and dispatched. We are able to track packages every step of the way from the initial phone call, to the point of delivery. Dispatchers can view data on the job in any manner desired. This information is accessible by the customer using our on line tracking system.
