Performance Guarantee is available for all deliveries, and we will
happily provide you with a
"Promise Commitment Time"
even if your delivery is hundreds of miles away.
Subject to certain exclusions, we Guarantee that we will attempt
delivery by our "Promise Commitment Time".
Promise Commitment Times for deliveries within Bergen, Essex, Hudson,
Manhattan, Passaic and Union Counties are as follows:
Courier Rush Service within 3 hours of time ready. By 9am the next
business day if ready after 4pm.
Courier Regular Service by 5pm Same Day if ready by Noon. By Noon next
business day if ready after Noon.
Skid or Truck Service will deliver by 5pm Same Day if ready by
10am. By Noon next business day if ready after 10am
Performance Guarantee Promise
times are available for Courier Direct Service and also for
Rush Skid and Rush Truck Service, and also for points out side of the
counties listed above.
Just call (201) 460- 7257 and one of our Customer Service
representatives will quote you a price and Promise Commitment Time.
Please Note: The delivery times on our web order entry form are
subject to current software limitations and may not match the
Performance Guarantee.
We are correcting this as soon as possible.
Under our Performance Guarantee,
we will attempt delivery by the Promise Commitment Time.
Please Note:
Detention or loading/
unloading time, strikes or work stoppages at the pickup or delivery,
weather emergencies, traffic emergencies, or security restrictions
(example: Homeland Security Stops at the Lincoln Tunnel), at Eveready
Express' discretion may invalidate the Performance Guarantee.
If the pickup or delivery point is closed, even though we attempted to
deliver within the Promise Commitment Time, then we have fulfilled our
commitment. In the event
that we do not deliver or attempt to deliver by the Promise Commitment
Time, you may file a claim for a refund of delivery charges in
accordance with our Terms and
Conditions. Call one of our customer service representatives at (201)

Service to exercise the
Performance Guarantee. This
Performance Guarantee may be revoked at any time at Eveready Express
discretion. This Performance Guarantee is your sole recourse in the
event of a late delivery and is also subject to Eveready Express current
