3/14/2006                      Fuel Surcharge

As you are aware, the cost of gasoline and diesel fuel is a significant and highly volatile component in transportation costs – and one that neither you nor we have much control over.  In order to continue providing you with the level of service that you expect, we must maintain a floating fuel surcharge.   In order to attract and retain quality delivery personnel, it is necessary to offset their increased cost for fuel.

We have established $1.46.0 per gallon as a base, below which there will be no fuel surcharge. Fuel surcharges will be determined on Sunday night for the following week, based upon the Department of Energy listed retail prices of gasoline and diesel fuel for the East Coast Central Atlantic Region. Each $.10 increase or part thereof will equal 1% surcharge.

Gasoline fuel surcharge will apply to courier services and diesel fuel surcharge will apply to trucking services.

It is our hope that gasoline and diesel prices will decline in the near future.   As fuel prices moderate, we will adjust or eliminate the fuel surcharge as indicated.

We understand that any increases in cost impact our clients.  For any questions or concerns, contact our management team:  Stephen Vaporis, Dominick Mancini, or myself at (201) 460- 7257.

Yours Sincerely,
Keith A Kirk
